Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Develop strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers
- Achieve personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Demonstrate empathy and go the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications:
- Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to different personality types
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong conflict management skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Experience with Service Titan CRM or similar CRM systems preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred
- Proficiency in G-Suite and common office applications
- Dispatch experience is required
- Minimum 2+ years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
