Pay: $29–$32+/Hour + Production Bonuses

Are you an experienced commercial or industrial flooring installer who knows how to get the job done right? Do you have hands-on experience with resinous flooring systems, urethane cement, cove base installation, or polished concrete?
We're looking for a skilled Commercial Flooring Lead Installer / Foreman to join a growing specialty flooring operation in the Greater Portland, Maine area.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the field, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is ready to lead a crew while remaining hands-on with installations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and work alongside crews installing commercial and industrial specialty flooring systems.
- Install resinous flooring, urethane cement systems, and cementitious cove base.
- Perform concrete surface preparation, grinding, polishing, and finishing.
- Oversee daily jobsite operations, crew assignments, and project progress.
- Train and mentor installers to ensure quality workmanship.
- Calculate materials, coordinate equipment, and maintain production schedules.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications.
- Work on a variety of commercial, industrial, and high-end residential flooring projects.
What We're Looking For

5+ years of commercial, industrial, or specialty flooring experience preferred.

Hands-on experience with resinous flooring, urethane cement, and cove base installation strongly preferred.
- Experience with concrete grinding, surface preparation, and polishing equipment.
- Previous crew leadership, foreman, or lead installer experience preferred.
- Ability to read job specifications, calculate materials, and coordinate daily work.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship.
- Dependable, level-headed, and able to lead a team effectively.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project locations.

Compensation & Benefits
