What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups.
- Identify HVAC system issues and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions.
- Explain findings and service options to homeowners clearly and professionally.
- Work with a variety of residential HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety and EPA regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
What We're Looking For

EPA Certification required.
- Previous hands-on experience in residential HVAC service, diagnostics, and repair.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose issues independently.
- Working knowledge of electrical components, refrigerant systems, airflow, and HVAC controls.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Valid driver's license and a dependable work ethic.
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys being part of a successful team.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience servicing major residential HVAC brands such as Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, or Rheem.
- Strong diagnostic skills with complex system issues.
- Experience identifying replacement opportunities and educating homeowners on their options.
