You have mastered commercial HVAC/R troubleshooting. Other technicians come to you when problems get complicated, and you know how to earn customer trust. Now imagine helping build and lead an Austin operation with the resources of an established mechanical services company behind you.

You will initially lead a small team of yourself, a senior technician and a junior technician. You will handle challenging technical situations, coach technicians, oversee service and maintenance, build customer relationships and help the market grow.

Ideal fit: 8–10+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience preferred; strong knowledge of rooftop units, refrigeration and controls; proven ability to lead or mentor; excellent customer communication; EPA 608; ability to meet Texas licensing requirements; motivation to build a team and business. Formal branch management experience is helpful, not essential.
