Job Title: HVAC Working GM
Location: Charleston, SC
Pay:  $70,000 to $120,000 Annually (Base plus Bonus) 

We are a growing residential and commercial HVAC company looking for a Working Manager to help lead our Charleston startup. We need a humble, hard working professional who wants to build a positive culture from day one.

In this role, you will be our primary technical expert in the field. For the first year, you will be turning wrenches, completing installs for local builders, and setting the standard for future hires. Once we hit our growth milestones, you will step back from daily field work to manage the team full time.

Qualifications include 8 years of HVAC experience and EPA Section 608 certification. If you have an active SC mechanical license, your compensation will reflect that premium. We offer a vehicle, gas card, PTO, and 401(k). Join us and help build something exceptional.
