Job Title: Night Operations Supervisor – Commercial Kitchen Services
Location: Des Moines, IA 50313
Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00 / hr + Sign-On Bonus
Job Status: Full-Time
Position Description:
We are seeking an energetic Night Operations Supervisor to oversee commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning crews. In this role, you will lead hands-on cleaning operations, manage jobsite safety, operate power washing equipment, and train field technicians.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage 2-person crews during overnight service windows (Sun–Thu).
- Set up containment, operate pressure washers, and scrape kitchen exhaust hoods, fans, and ducts.
- Drive company vehicles and tow utility equipment trailers safely.
- Complete quality assurance checks and document finished work via digital photos.
- Mentor crew members and maintain strict adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid Standard Driver's License with a clean MVR (No CDL Required).
- 1+ years of leadership or crew supervision experience.
- Pressure washing, janitorial, HVAC, or trade background preferred.
- Night shift availability (Sunday night through Thursday night).
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
