We're looking for a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our growing team in Austin. You'll meet with homeowners, assess their comfort needs, recommend the best HVAC solutions, and help them make informed decisions that improve their home's comfort and efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners through company-provided, pre-qualified appointments generated by our technicians and marketing team.
- Conduct in-home comfort assessments and evaluate customers' heating and cooling needs.
- Present customized HVAC replacement and system upgrade solutions using our proven sales process.
- Build trust through education, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
- Prepare accurate proposals and explain financing options when appropriate.
- Follow up with homeowners to answer questions and close sales.
- Consistently achieve sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Maintain detailed customer records using CRM software.
- Stay current on HVAC products, technology, financing options, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with installation, service, and customer support teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in commission-based sales.
- Residential HVAC, home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, solar, or in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong closing and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and positive attitude.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and technology in the sales process.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as customer appointments require.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
