Job Title: Home Services Sales and Operations Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Compensation: Starting at $120,000 + Performance Incentives

About the Role We are seeking a high performing leader to oversee the growth and operational excellence of a premier Home Services retail division in North Austin. This is not a "maintain the status quo" position. We need a sales oriented individual who understands how Topline Revenue drives P&L profitability. You will be responsible for managing a team of service technicians and sales professionals with a clear goal of scaling the business from $3M to over $5M in annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full P&L ownership for the Home Services segment, including budget management and EBITDA targets.

  • Lead and train a team of technicians and sales staff to improve in home presentation and closing rates.

  • Leverage an existing database of organic customers while driving new growth through market leads and advertising.

  • Monitor KPIs including technician productivity, average ticket size, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

  • Ensure 5 star customer service and maintain a stellar online reputation through high level escalation resolution.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of leadership experience in Home Services or a related residential industry.

  • Proven track record of managing a multi million dollar budget and scaling revenue.

  • Advanced proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar Field Service Management software.

  • Strong financial literacy with the ability to interpret P&L statements and balance sheets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent "Street MBA" experience rising through the ranks.

Compensation: $120,000.00 per year
