What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle installations, repairs, and maintenance across residential and commercial projects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues with confidence and accuracy
- Read and work from blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute jobs
- Work alongside a solid team to hit timelines and stay on budget
- Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to get the job done right the first time
- Keep clear records of your work, materials, and time
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience on every job
What You Bring to the Table
- Active Journeyman Plumber license (or equivalent)
- Strong hands-on experience in both service and install work
- Solid understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints and think ahead on projects
- Natural problem-solver who can think on their feet
- Strong communication skills — you know how to talk to customers and teammates
- Physically capable of handling the demands of the job
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible and reliable when it comes to scheduling and on-call needs
