We are a well-established Union (Local 597) HVAC contractor specializing in commercial and industrial construction and service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to bring on a Business Development Representative / Account Manager to help expand our client base and generate new work.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role focused on building partnerships, managing accounts, and identifying new commercial HVAC and mechanical project opportunities.
🔹 Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial clients, GCs, and property managers
- Generate new business opportunities for HVAC service, maintenance agreements, and construction projects
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for existing accounts
- Support light PR, networking, and business development efforts in the local market
- Collaborate with internal operations and estimating teams to turn opportunities into awarded projects
- Spend the majority of time in the field meeting clients and building relationships
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HVAC sales, mechanical sales, business development, or account management
- OR a strong HVAC/mechanical background with interest in transitioning into a sales role
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate work
- Self-motivated with a “hunter” and “relationship builder” mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a client-facing, field-based sales environment

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
