HVAC Sales Representative
Location: Norwalk, CT
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a high-income opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to help build a growing HVAC business.
Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate HVAC needs
- Provide system recommendations and present solutions
- Prepare proposals and close sales
- Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure successful project execution
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and businesses
- Maintain accurate records within company systems
Requirements
- Experience selling residential and commercial HVAC solutions
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-driven role
- Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for helping grow a new business
- Valid driver’s license
