We are a growing residential HVAC company backed by a nationally recognized franchise, and we’re looking for an Operations Admin / Dispatch Coordinator to help support day-to-day operations as we continue to expand.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands HVAC service operations, and is excited to help build and grow a business from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch technicians and manage daily service schedules using ServiceTitan
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient routing and job completion
- Manage supplier relationships and assist with ordering equipment and materials
- Prepare customer quotes and proposals
- Support basic sales activities and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate job records and scheduling within ServiceTitan
- Assist with operational coordination as the business continues to grow
Requirements
- Experience using ServiceTitan
- Previous experience in dispatching or operations within an HVAC, plumbing, or home service company
- Experience managing suppliers and job materials
- Experience preparing quotes or assisting with sales
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (plus sales incentives)
