Lead HVAC Installation Technician
Location: Turnerville, NJ/Gloucester County, NJ
Compensation: $28-$35 hourly rate + install-based incentives and bonuses
Job Summary We are growing and seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Install Technician to join our team as business volume increases. This role focuses on full-system residential HVAC installations (including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complete residential HVAC system installations, including equipment setup, ductwork modifications, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and system testing/startup
- Collaborate with team members to complete installs on schedule while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners during the installation process to explain progress, address questions, and ensure satisfaction
- Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, leaving homes in better condition than found
- Document work performed and report any issues or recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in residential HVAC installations (full systems preferred)
- EPA Certification (required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical degree or certification in HVAC or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional demeanor suitable for in-home customer interactions

- Experience with common residential brands and South Jersey-specific systems
