Hourly pay: $27–$30/hour (based on experience and license)

8% commission on sales & upsells over base pay
Example:
- Base pay for the month: $5,000
- Monthly sales (new HVAC installs, upgrades, upsells): $50,000
- Commissionable amount: $45,000

8% commission = $3,600 extra on top of base pay

What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Ruud, Goodman, American Standard, Mitsubishi, and Payne
- Perform system installs and replacements
- Estimate full system replacements (a big plus)
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients
- Participate in on-call rotation (2 weekends/month May–September; offseason schedule negotiable)
- Support on-call technicians by phone when off rotation
- Maintain professional appearance (pants, boots, company shirts provided)
- Upsell optional products or services (e.g., UV light systems)
What We’re Looking For

Active Texas HVAC license + EPA certification
- Minimum 2 years residential service experience (operating your own van/service truck)
- Strong knowledge of major residential systems and components
- Friendly, positive attitude and professional communication
- Strong work ethic and reliable weekday attendance
Big Plus Skills
- Experience with UV light systems for air purification
- Ability to estimate full system replacements
- Proven ability to upsell ethically
Location & Relocation
Must be willing to live in or relocate to:
- Marble Falls
- Burnet
- Horseshoe Bay
- Spicewood
$1,500 relocation assistance provided
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
Compensation: $5,000.00 per month
