Hourly base pay (based on experience & license)

8% commission on sales & upsells over base pay
Example:
- Monthly base pay: $8,000
- Monthly sales (water softeners, filters, upgrades): $50,000
- Commissionable amount: $45,000

8% commission = $3,600 extra on top of hourly pay

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle residential service calls from diagnosis to repair
- Service and repair tank & tankless water heaters
- Locate and repair slab leaks and water leaks
- Use camera inspections and leak detection equipment
- Clearly explain repairs and solutions to homeowners
- Provide estimates for repairs, remodels, water softeners, and installs
- Participate in on-call rotation (about 1 weekend/month; occasional 2)
- Support on-call plumbers by phone when you’re off rotation
What We’re Looking For

Active Texas Journeyman or Master Plumbing License

3+ years of residential service experience (running your own service truck)
- Strong knowledge of water heaters, disposals, leaks, and general repairs
- Experience with tankless systems (Navien & Rinnai a big plus)
- Comfortable upselling when appropriate (not pushy—professional)
- Clean, professional appearance (company shirts provided)
- Friendly, positive, customer-first attitude
- Strong work ethic and reliable weekday attendance
Big Plus Skills
- Estimating remodels and upgrades
- Installing water softeners and whole-home filtration
- Proven ability to upsell ethically
- Leadership or mentoring experience
Location & Relocation
Must be willing to live in or relocate to:
- Marble Falls
- Burnet
- Horseshoe Bay
- Spicewood
$1,500 relocation assistance provided
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
Compensation: $8,000.00 per month
