Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager?  Come join our team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in sales, business development, and relationship management to drive company growth and achieve revenue targets. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct onsite consultations, measurements, and solution-based selling for fence products and services.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with property managers, builders, real estate agents, contractors, and local businesses.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Attend networking events, trade shows and industry associations as needed.

Qualifications:
- 3-7+ years of sales experience in fencing, construction, outdoor services, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to residential and commercial properties.
