Position Overview:  

We are seeking an experienced Deck & Fence Technician to join our team in St. Charles, MO. This is a hands-on, full-time position for a dependable, skilled professional with experience in both new installations and repair work. The role requires versatility, efficiency, and strong time management. You will work daily with clear goals and task expectations to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.

 

- Install residential and light commercial decks and fences  

- Perform deck and fence repairs  

- Complete small deck and fence projects with a team member  

- Assist with material drops and job site deliveries  

- Maintain job site cleanliness and organization  

- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals  

- Safely operate tools and company equipment  

 

Requirements:  

- Proven experience in deck and fence installation  

- Strong understanding of construction tools and materials  

- Good time management and ability to work independently  

- Team-oriented with a positive attitude  

- Reliable transportation (company truck provided during work hours)  

- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions  

- Valid driver’s license (required)  

 

- Self-motivated and task-driven  

- Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship  

- Comfortable taking direction and working toward daily goals  

- Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed
