Heavy Duty Truck & Equipment Mechanic
Location: Farmingdale, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Your Impactful Role Get hands-on with street sweepers, refuse trucks, sewer cleaners, vacuum trucks, and more. You'll:
- Repair diesel engines, chassis, and specialized heavy-duty systems
- Handle routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, filters, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently
- Perform detailed inspections and road tests to ensure top safety and performance before return
What We're Looking For
- Mechanic experience (heavy-duty truck, diesel, or equipment preferred) OR tech/vocational school graduate
- Your own basic tools (we supply specialty ones)
- Sharp troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Detail-focused, deadline-driven, thrives in fast-paced shops
- Bonus: Electrical/hydraulic knowledge or welding experience
