What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including re-pipes, water heaters, tankless systems, drain clogs, and water softeners
- Perform full-home plumbing inspections and identify repair, replacement, and upgrade opportunities
- Present clear, professional options to homeowners and guide them toward the best solutions for their needs
- Actively upsell recommended repairs, system upgrades, and preventative maintenance
- Build trust through strong communication, transparency, and 5-star customer service
- Use ServiceTitan to manage service calls, create estimates, take photos, and document job notes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service truck
- Collaborate with dispatch and leadership to maximize efficiency, conversion, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong in-home sales skills with the ability to confidently present and close recommended work
- Proven ability to upsell repairs, replacements, and system upgrades
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, sales-driven environment
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable using tablets and service software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- Professional, motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
