What You’ll Do
- Wash, compound, polish, and wax exteriors to flawless gelcoat and paint finishes
- Perform detailed interior cleaning: teak, upholstery, stainless, heads, compartments, and hard-to-reach areas
- Clean bilges, gutters, engine rooms, and other critical spaces
- Apply protective coatings and sealants when needed
- Meet tight owner and delivery schedules while maintaining top safety and quality standards
- Represent the company professionally on yachts and with clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of dockside yacht detailing experience (luxury vessels strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to deliver high-end, showroom-quality results
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
- Live within reasonable commuting distance of Stuart, FL
- Reliable transportation
- Clean background check and drug screen
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in Florida weather, and handle confined spaces
