What You'll Love Doing:
- Perform annual tune-ups and deep cleanings on oil burners, boilers, furnaces, and hot water heaters – keeping systems running like new
- Diagnose and repair oil-fired systems (burners, pumps, controls, heat exchangers) with skill and speed
- Replace key components like nozzles, filters, ignition transformers, and electrodes – restoring heat fast
- Run efficiency tests, fine-tune combustion settings, and complete critical safety checks for total peace of mind
- Install new or replacement oil heating equipment and hot water systems – building comfort from the ground up
- Answer emergency no-heat calls and troubleshoot failures – saving the day when customers need you most
What You Bring to the Team:
- 2+ years servicing oil-fired heating/hot water systems (boilers, furnaces, and more)
- Strong knowledge of oil burner operation, combustion analysis, and HVAC principles
- Relevant certifications (EPA or state oil burner license) – a must!
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and tackle outdoor conditions
- Top-notch troubleshooting skills and great customer communication
