HVAC Service Sales Representative

Position Summary

Drive growth for a leading HVAC service provider as an HVAC Service Sales Representative. Build and maintain profitable client relationships, close retrofit projects, and deliver elite customer service in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and close retrofit project opportunities in assigned territories.

  • Leverage industry relationships to generate new business and grow existing accounts.

  • Conduct site visits, assessments, and presentations to support sales.

  • Finalize proposals, resolve client issues, and maintain service agreements.

  • Track progress using BuildOps and develop territory marketing plans.

  • Stay current on HVAC service trends to position solutions effectively.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in mechanical services sales.

  • Proven success in retrofit project sales and service/maintenance sales.

  • Strong relationships in industrial and/or medical markets.

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and sales methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work in field environments at multiple customer sites daily.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
