They’re looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and wants to be part of a team that does things the right way.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support installation crews on residential & light commercial projects
- Plan and execute installs with precision and efficiency
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers
- Troubleshoot challenges on-site and ensure top-quality workmanship
- Maintain job documentation and ensure code/safety compliance
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and leadership
What You Bring
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (with leadership responsibilities)
- EPA Certification (required)
- RMGA Certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of system layouts, installs, and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Solid problem-solving skills and a team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
