Key Responsibilities
- Step into a senior role troubleshooting advanced residential HVAC equipment.
- Transition to fully independent service calls after 30 days of training.
- Handle the administrative side seamlessly, including ordering job stock and managing billing.
- Build trust based relationships with homeowners through clear, respectful communication.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands on residential HVAC service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team first attitude.
- Familiarity with a wide variety of equipment and thermostats.
