We’re hiring an Insulation Sales Manager to lead a rapidly growing insulation division within a top-performing residential home services company. What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day insulation operations and ensure quality installations.
- Conduct in-home consultations and present insulation solutions to homeowners.
- Drive revenue through effective selling and upsell opportunities.
- Train and coach technicians through ride-alongs, evaluations, and skill-building.
- Perform job inspections and ensure all work meets company standards.
- Track sales metrics, close rates, and team performance.
- Stay current on insulation products, codes, and best practices.
What You Bring
Required
- 3+ years of residential insulation sales experience.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proven success in in-home sales and upselling.
- Knowledge of fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose, and related products.
- Understanding of OSHA compliance and CRM systems (Workiz preferred).
- Strong communication and coaching abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends.
Preferred
- CSIA certification or HVAC trade experience.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
- Willing to work in varying indoor/outdoor temperatures.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
