Lead financial, accounting, and benefits operations for a fast-growing company. Oversee invoicing, payments, payroll, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting functions: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close.
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and vendor payments.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with CPA support.
- Administer bi-weekly payroll and employee benefits (health insurance, 401(k)).
- Develop internal controls and SOPs for financial and HR processes.
- Support ERP system transitions and HR program rollouts.
- Coordinate with brokers for insurance audits and vendor negotiations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate accounting, preferably in IT or tech-related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and GAAP; experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven leadership in accounting and HR administration.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
- Fast learner, team player, and deadline-driven.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
