Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new customers through disciplined prospecting and networking.

  • Conduct sales calls to address facility directors’ HVAC challenges and propose solutions.

  • Focus on selling renewable maintenance agreements with digital and sustainable offerings.

  • Finalize proposals, resolve client issues, and maintain service agreements.

  • Use BuildOps to track progress and develop territory marketing plans.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and stay current on HVAC trends.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in progressive sales roles; plumbing sales experience a plus.

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and sales methodologies.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in field environments at multiple customer sites daily.

  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate varied work environments.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
