Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (On-Site, Full-Time)
Salary: $50,000–$75,000/year

Position Summary

Lead training for a fast-growing residential HVAC call center. Coach CSRs, dispatchers, and staff to boost lead conversion and customer satisfaction, driving world-class service in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train CSRs, dispatchers, and staff on scripts, customer service, and sales to maximize booking rates.

  • Coach on call handling to enhance professionalism and conversions.

  • Develop and update scripts, SOPs, and training materials.

  • Lead onboarding and targeted training to address skill gaps.

  • Track and report weekly booking rates and performance metrics.

  • Ensure robust follow-up processes to capture all lead opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in call center training, preferably in home services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).

  • Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in Workiz, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms.

  • Positive, professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Valid driver’s license (3+ years); able to pass background check/drug test.

  • Flexible for overtime/weekends; able to lift 50 lbs occasionally.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
