Key Responsibilities
- Train CSRs, dispatchers, and staff on scripts, customer service, and sales to maximize booking rates.
- Coach on call handling to enhance professionalism and conversions.
- Develop and update scripts, SOPs, and training materials.
- Lead onboarding and targeted training to address skill gaps.
- Track and report weekly booking rates and performance metrics.
- Ensure robust follow-up processes to capture all lead opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in call center training, preferably in home services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
- Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Workiz, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms.
- Positive, professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.
- Valid driver’s license (3+ years); able to pass background check/drug test.
- Flexible for overtime/weekends; able to lift 50 lbs occasionally.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
