What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing residential electrical systems, equipment, and EV chargers
- Troubleshooting and solving electrical issues with confidence
- Selling and installing your own jobs and earning commission
- Performing routine maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
- Providing top-notch customer service
- Leading by example and mentoring apprentices
- Maintaining a clean, organized, fully stocked company van
What You Bring:
- Licensed Residential Journeyman Electrician
- Experience with residential remodels and service work
- Self-starter ready to take the lead on projects
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills
- Passion for teamwork, quality, and clean installations
Compensation: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour
