Compensation & Perks
- $40,000 base salary + 20% commission on all sold jobs and installations—top performers easily exceed $80K+ annually!
- 10% commission if you sold job, but no install
- Monday–Friday schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (no weekends, no on-call emergencies)

What You'll Do
- Install high-quality residential electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment in homes and remodels
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and confidently
- Sell service upgrades, repairs, and installations directly to homeowners—turn your expertise into commission earnings
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure long-term system reliability
- Keep your company van clean, organized, and fully stocked for every job
What We Need
- Active Minnesota Residential Journeyman Electrician license
- Proven experience in residential service, remodels, and troubleshooting
- Self-motivated leader who enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Passion for teamwork, attention to detail, and delivering clean, code-compliant work
