Recognized leader in product development and innovation within the dairy industry. We are seeking a talented and driven Controls Engineer to join our forward-thinking team. This role is critical in taking our automation solutions to the next level, supporting our commitment to excellence, reliability, and performance.
As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing control systems that power our industry-leading dairy equipment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including product development, field service, and manufacturing—to create smart, efficient, and scalable automation systems that meet the evolving needs of modern dairy operations.
What You’ll Do:
· Design and program PLC/HMI systems for new and existing equipment.
· Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve control systems in the field and in development environments.
· Drive innovation in automation and contribute to R&D efforts for next-generation solutions.
· Uphold our reputation for excellence by delivering high-quality, dependable control systems.
What We’re Looking For:
· A self-starter with a strong foundation in controls and automation.
· Experience with PLCs, HMI design, and industrial networks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 3+ years of experience in industrial controls or automation engineering (dairy, food processing, or agricultural automation experience is a strong plus)
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
