Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of Residential HVAC installation experience
- Ability to read installation plans/documents
- Maintains and cleans work area upon completion
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Beginner computing skills and able to use a computer, laptop or tablet.
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC trade school certification
- EPA Certification
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications.
- Tests systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Identifies issues and follows-up with required repair to ensure all relevant components are working correctly to ensure compliance.
- Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner.
- May perform start-up on air conditioning systems as needed.
- Fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
