Now Hiring: HVAC Operations Manager

Roswell, GA – Serving Roswell, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta & Milton
Salary: $125,000–$130,000 + Bonus Opportunities

We’re launching a brand-new HVAC company located in Roswell, GA—and we’re looking for an Operations Manager to help lead the charge. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a startup environment, can build and guide a team, and understands both the technical and operational sides of the HVAC business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across installation, service, and warehouse functions

  • Create technician schedules, guide dispatching, and ensure timely job completion

  • Lead, coach, and mentor technicians and support staff

  • Manage vendor agreements, fleet, inventory, and branch spend

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, licensing, and permitting standards

  • Handle customer escalations and maintain high satisfaction levels

  • Hire and train new team members, support performance reviews and development

  • Conduct job site visits, ride-along, and field evaluations

  • Work closely with leadership to set goals, track KPIs, and ensure profitability

  • Contribute to the growth of future territories and installation teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of progressive HVAC experience, including team leadership

  • Strong background in residential service and installation operations

  • Proven success in managing field teams, improving processes, and hitting revenue goals

  • Effective communicator and conflict resolver with a customer-first mindset

  • Working knowledge of safety standards, permitting, and code compliance

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/scheduling software

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Start-up or new market launch experience is a big plus

Compensation & Perks:
