Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations for a growing HVAC franchise. This role oversees profit & loss, business development, team management, and operational efficiency to drive success. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background in residential HVAC services and a proven ability to grow and manage a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Operations: Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to meet growth targets.
- Sales & Marketing: Drive business development efforts and collaborate on marketing strategies.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a strong company culture.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee dispatch, scheduling, vendor negotiations, job permitting, and compliance.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain workplace safety and adhere to industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in residential HVAC or a related home services industry.
- 5+ years in a management role with P&L responsibility.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Denver HVAC Contractors License
- EPA Certification
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
