CNC Press Brake Operator – 100% Paid Health & Dental + Union Benefits!
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC press brakes to manufacture high-quality sheet metal parts. If you have experience with press brakes—especially Trumpf press brakes—and want to work in a union environment with great benefits, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC press brakes to bend and shape sheet metal.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and Cartesian coordinates accurately.
- Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to ensure quality and precision.
- Work with various metal types, thicknesses, and gauges.
- Maintain close tolerances to meet quality standards.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience operating press brakes (Trumpf press brakes preferred).
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication and material characteristics.
- Ability to read blueprints and sequence bends accurately.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to Department of Defense (DoD) work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
