Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area General Manager to oversee our residential plumbing and HVAC operations in Silver Springs, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple locations, driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple residential plumbing and HVAC service locations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and effective problem resolution.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for business development and expansion.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Area General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the residential plumbing and HVAC industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L statements.

- Solid understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the residential plumbing and HVAC industry.
