Seeking skilled Electricians (LME, PJ, J) to become an essential part of our Albany, OR team. This position operates on a rotating schedule covering days, nights, and weekends to ensure the facility runs smoothly. The role offers a range of responsibilities in a dynamic setting, handling both routine and unique maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will troubleshoot, maintain, test, and repair both electrical and mechanical systems. You’ll work with a variety of equipment, including PLCs, AC/DC motors, transformers, control panels, circuit breakers, lighting, and power distribution systems. Working across departments, your goal will be to ensure repairs are completed efficiently to support production targets and maintain high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Licensing: Must hold an Oregon Electrician’s license (LME, PJ, or J)
  • Skills & Experience:
    • Required experience in AC and DC motor control, including drives
    • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting
    • Competency with standard testing tools (DMM, VOM, Megger, etc.)
    • Ability to troubleshoot PLCs, especially Allen Bradley Control Logix
    • Preferred industrial mechanical millwright skills, including willingness to perform millwright tasks
    • Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus
Additional Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Basic Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
  • Work Environment: Comfort working at heights and in diverse physical conditions
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to move freely, navigate equipment, and climb stairs and ladders
    • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Endurance to stand, walk, bend, and crouch as needed for long periods
