Job Title: Roofing Foreman (Subcontractor Crews)

Are you ready to lead and manage roofing projects while working with a team of subcontractors?

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. You’ll supervise subcontractor crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain top-quality standards throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage roofing subcontractor crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee project milestones, safety protocols, and quality inspections.
- Conduct regular site meetings and communicate project updates with stakeholders.
- Enforce safety regulations and provide safety training.
- Resolve on-site issues to maintain smooth project flow.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a roofing foreman or similar supervisory role.
- Knowledge of roofing materials and systems, including TPO, BUR, EPDM, and more.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
