Job Title: Roofing Superintendent (W-2 Crew)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Roofing Superintendent to lead our W-2 crew. In this role, you’ll manage daily operations, ensure safety, maintain quality standards, and keep projects on track from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, hire, train, and mentor the roofing crew.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and materials.
- Ensure safety protocols and inspect work quality.
- Communicate progress with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Resolve any on-site issues to keep projects running smoothly.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
- Experience with various roofing systems, including built-up asphalt.
- Ability to read blueprints, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
