Hourly Rate: $39/hour + commissions, spiffs, and bonuses
Schedule: Normal hours 8 AM - 5 PM; on-call rotation on weekdays and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform locksmith services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial locking systems.
- Respond to service calls during normal business hours.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used.
- Mentor and assist junior locksmiths as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a commercial locksmith.
- Excellent driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- High level of integrity and honesty in all dealings.
- Passion for helping people and providing exceptional service.
- Ability to be on-call during assigned rotations (weekdays from 5 PM to 8 AM and select weekends).
