We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential plumbing services and be capable of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of plumbing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential buildings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Clear drain blockages and repair leaks.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Residential Service Plumber or similar role.
- Valid plumbing license for the state of Virginia.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
