Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.

Quality Control and Compliance:
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and in compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Budget and Resource Management:
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and within budget.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
Optimize resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites as required.
