Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections (fire extinguishers, alarms, etc.)
- Repair lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, walls, ceiling tiles, and general building systems
- Handle minor carpentry, painting, caulking, drywall, and light construction/demo work
- Interior/exterior janitorial (trash removal, glass cleaning, restocking supplies)
- Basic landscaping (trimming, planting removal, seasonal clean-up)
- Respond to tenant requests and after-hours emergencies as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of commercial maintenance, construction, or facilities experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record suitable for company vehicle
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors in all weather
- Strong general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
- Self-starter who can prioritize, troubleshoot, and work with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional on-call emergency response
- Must pass background check and drug screen
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
